"found trash on floors, toilet has ring in it, not sure if it was cleaned, tv did not work, called staff twice and it kept going out, ice bag had oily film and powder on it, no elevator and I was issued a 3rd floor room, ice machines are in lobby, could see through the door frame"

"This is a fantastic place to stay in Pullman!! It is lovely, comfortable and well-lit, with very gracious hosts, delicious and ample fresh-ground coffee, and a well-appointed kitchen. Great location close to downtown and campus but at a nice distance so that it was quiet at night. The front porch walk-in area is very charming. We hope to come back soon!!"

"This place is beautiful. We rented for my son's graduation and comfortably fit all 9 of us. The host was great, he reached out when he saw we were having issues with the BBQ and helped us get it up and running. If you are traveling to this area, I highly recommend renting this place. You won't be disappointed."

"Maybe we got one of the dirtiest rooms in the hotel. The first thing we noticed was the office style chair that was a mess. The vinyl was peeling away from the back and the seat. Then we noticed the terribly stained floor. Then when we wanted to watch tv we couldn’t find the typical channels we like so we called the front desk. The person came up quickly and stated we have a Roku TV which I could see. We do use a Roku at home. She told us we had to login to our own account to Roku or Spectrum to watch regular TV. At that point I was thinking this is terrible for a $200 per night hotel. Then the next morning we proceed to take showers and the inside of the tub was very much used and very stained. Wow! Why can’t this hotel provide a better looking cleaner carpeted room with easier access to TV programs especially charging what they do. I’ll never stay there again."
