"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The staff were not very polite or helpful. During our stay, the weather was extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working. We called reception and asked if someone could take a look. A receptionist came to our room, but her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the issue was not resolved. Overall, the lack of customer service and support made our stay uncomfortable."

"The bar upstairs overlooks the airport and is a brilliant view. It's walking distance from the airport and easy to get to. Check in was fast and easy. We had a wheelchair user with us and was easy to get her around and to/from the rooms. The bed was comfy. Didn't have breakfast there. Shops nearby too."
