“The hotel was very clean and maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and filling. Had a 24/7 market and the pool and jacuzzi were clean. Will stay here again!”

“We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up.”

“The appeared to be acceptable at first but when the lights went out the roaches came out. The room was infested with roaches. They were in the bathroom, behind the headboard and crawling on the walls. The toilet didnt flush. I checked out in the morning and got a clean hotel. I was refunded for the days I didnt stay.”

“The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out……

“The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached……

“This property is a motel, not a hotel. The bathroom and shower contained visible mold, including black mold. The bed linens were worn and yellowed, and the lack of sheer curtains required the blackout shades to remain closed at all times for privacy. The entry door had a large gap with no weatherstripping, allowing insects into the room. Basic conveniences were lacking, including bedside outlets on one side of the bed and an in-room safe. The closet door could not fully open because it was……

“Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was a problem the first night I was the but the staff was very accommodating and took care of it. My room was nice and clean, Breakfast was great every morning. If I had to make any suggestions, request to stay on the first floor. Looks like those rooms are updated more recently. Great place to stay!”
