「As others have mentioned before, not ideal if you want to rest and enjoy some quiet time. It’s very loud all around from all directions, people outside in the park, neighbors upstairs and next door.
Check-in instructions are a bit confusing. You have to actually get off the car to do the check-in, so need to find a temporary parking. Access to garage is a bit wonky too.

「Deze accommodatie was niets wat we hadden verwacht. Het was zeer verouderd. Er was geen Wifi. Er was een wasmachine maar die liep door de badkamer als hij draaide. De stoelen op het terras waren kapot en de kussens beschimmeld. De check-in duurde heel lang omdat het huisnummer niet werd doorgegeven. Toen we al een half uur bezig waren, gaf de host niet de info die we nodig hadden. Na melding dat we niet tevreden waren en opsturen van foto’s hebben we niets meer gehoord. 「It is a very elegant place to stay and everything functions including a fully-equipped kitchen. The best part is you have a hands-on, English-speaking manager/owner who is very accessible and quite generous with service. It is located uphill with a few neighborhood bars which are open until late. Downtown is a short walk and there is a bus stop about 50 meters from the door.」
