"Check in and check out was pleasant. The room was nice and like a small apartment. I saw the housekeepers, but they never serviced my room. If you are use to having a safe in your hotel room, there was none. Also if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool, this isn't for you. It is not a bad place to stay all around."

"Canceled my stay just as I touched down in Dallas, stating I had broken their terms of service in the past. Eventually they said it happened in September 2022, but would not say where or what happened. Interestingly, I was deployed to Iraq in September of 2022. Despite this, they refused to tell me what happened and said their decision was final and could not be reversed. I would encourage everyone to avoid any and all Mint properties. Had I done something wrong I would feel awful and strive to make it right. However, I’ve never stayed at one of their properties, yet I had to scramble to find a place to stay because of their clearly flawed system. Do yourself a favor - stay away from anything Mint. "
