"Wow what a beautiful and homey villa. Views from every direction. All rooms are lovely, and the kitchen is designed for a cook. Wonderful warm and delightful. Lots of spaces to talk, and a beautiful pool! We were a group of eight on a family trip, and everyone from age 26 to 86 had a wonderful time.Gian was always available, friendly, accommodating, and kind. He clearly loves hosting groups and sharing this special home."

"Hotel dei Duchi in Spoleto offers a wonderful, quiet stay with a great location for sightseeing that is very walkable to all the main historic attractions. The property is spotlessly clean and making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the town. Best of all, everyone on the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit."

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."
