Pessimo soggiorno. Sconsigliatissimo

Pessima struttura. Abbiamo pagato in 4 € 232,28 oltre 10€ per tasse di soggiorno e 2€ per ottenere la fattura (fattura di importo inferiore a quello realmente pagato in fase di prenotazione e con un surplus di € 2). Abbiamo aspettato più di mezz’ora per entrare nell’appartamento totalmente gestito telefonicamente. Le camere erano sporche e gli arredi fatiscenti. I materassi “avvolgenti” nel senso che ci sprofondi dentro alla faccia della comodità. Riscaldamento centralizzato, ovvero alle 21 già spento e la mattina doccia al freddo. Abat-jour avvitata al comodino e per giunta una non funzionante. Arredo vecchio, desueto e mal funzionante. Una finestra di una camera non si riusciva a chiudere. Assistenza solo telefonica e, per giunta, si giustificavano che loro incassano una cifra inferiore a quella realmente pagata per camera e che la differenza è una commissione dì Hôtels.com (stranamente poi fatturano un importo che non corrisponde ai 38€ per camera che sostengono di ricevere da Hotels.com ne ai 58€ effettivamente corrisposti, al netto ovviamente, della tassa di soggiorno. La colazione pagata 8€ in più a persona (abbiamo prenotato 4 camere) consisteva in un caffè e cornetto da consumare in un bar a 100 mt della struttura. (8€ un caffè e un cornetto neanche in piazza San Marco a Venezia). Ho fatto reclamo a Hotels.com e mi è stato riconosciuto un buono da spendere presso qualsiasi struttura.

Hôtel de passage avant ou après la traversée

Réserver en dernière minute ,l hôte s est très bien adapté.le quartier n est pas terrible mais à 30 minutes à pied du centre ville et à 10 minutes en voiture du port .uniquement pour le transit .

Arrivati e sentiamo solo la voce che ci indica le stanze tutto chiuso da una porta corazzata comunque non c'è piaciuto.Così pure la consegna dei documenti e del pagamento della tassa soggiorno sempre guidati da voci na perché tutto questo?
