“We had two rooms. Both rooms were clean. On check-out day, when we went to our room to pack our things and check out after breakfast, we found the maid cleaning out our room, disposing of personal items such as unopened jarred food in a shopping bag as well as a set of eyeglasses, which we promptly retrieved from the trash. Rooms should not be serviced until there is confirmation that guests have checked out. Otherwise, everything was in order.”

“We had a small issue that needed addressing. I let the front desk know and it was resolved before we returned for the night.”

“This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!”

“There was a blood stain on the floor. The room was doused in cleaner and was potent. Sheets were messy with hair/stains. Phone was dripping with chemicals.”

“Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere.”

“I will stay here again next time I go to a tigers game and want to visit my sister who lives close by. Very clean and very nice staff. Pool was very nice as well. Breakfast was great! A lot of options.”

“The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. ”
