“A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it.”

“Good hotel to stay. Middle of the city. Easy access anywhere you go. Rooms were neat and clean. About the only issue we faced is the fluctuation in water temperature while taking a shower. It’s goes from scorching hot to cold in a matter of seconds. We got used to it after few days. ”

There was a beautiful, welcoming view of the park, seaside and it was conveniently located by walking path that leads to a giant mall, restaurants, parks, museums and the Old Town, which is gorgeous. The staff were always helpful, professional and pleasant - especially during breakfast. It helped make our first trip to Baku (and Azerbaijan) a memorable one! ”

“This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Everything else is very good”

“Los chicos de recepción muy amables y atentos, ubicación perfecta para conocer la parte vieja de la ciudad, puedes salir a caminar muy a gusto, restaurantes, bares, tiendas.. todo cerca, también un cajero. Todo muy limpio, la cama no es la mas cómoda pero esta bien, lindo hotel. En cuanto al desayuno.. mi vuelo salía muy temprano, tenia que salir del hotel a las 3:30am y no alcanzaría el desayuno pero un chico de recepción me dijo que lo ponían para llevar, lo cual estuvo excelente! ”
