“We have reserved the sea view room but the receptionist gave us the standard room without informing us. I believed that he intended to foul us. After we further enquired, he upgraded us for an en-suite but the air conditioner in the room was not working well (Only fan but not cold). Although the mechanic tried to fixed for 15 minutes, it couldn’t work. I have called the receptionist again asking for changing the room because the AC was not working. The receptionist replied there was no empty……

“On a passé 5 nuit à l’hôtel et c’était super. Le personnel était très professionnel et en service 24/24. Les chambres sont propres, les piscines aussi. Il y’avait 4 restaurants et 3 bar on a tout testé c’est bon et propre. Très bien localisé propre du centre et du centre de la ville ”

“Unfortunately this property has not been upkept for a long time - the pictures are from when the property was likely first built and now the paint in peeling off everywhere, appliances old and failing and general cleanliness not great. All that said, the staff are very helpful and want to help as much as possible. The villa is in a great location (next to the Monte Carlo hotel) although the noise from the hotel comes straight across, especially at night when they are blaring music all……
