“Bonito alojamiento, limpio, cómodo y ubicado excelentemente. La comunicación con la propiedad excelente también. Sin duda para repetir. Se puede aparcar el coche en la calle por la noche aunque por el día es de pago. También hay un parking cercano aunque dejar el coche toda la noche es bastante caro. Disfrutamos mucho en Niza.”

“propriétaires très accueillants un accès à la place de parking assez rock'n'roll mais vous pouvez compter sur la gentillesse de Denis pour vous aider si vous n y arrivez pas! Toit sous pente attention la tête! cuisine sommaire plaque électrique amovible mais là aussi si besoin de réchauffer un gros plat ou de mettre des affaires dans un vrai congélateur vous pouvez toujours compter sur l aide de Denis qui habite juste en dessous! Et vous ne manquerez pas de passer d excellentes nuits sur une……

“We stayed with Valerie for 3 nights in Nice and had the best time. Valerie is located just a few blocks from where all the action takes place in the City and you really can't be in a better location. She also made a delicious breakfast for us every morning, including coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit. Would absolutely recommend to another couple or anyone looking to stay at a nice spot!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The place is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly calm – ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us plenty of helpful tips to explore the region, as well as great recommendations for good places to eat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“The owner was very kind to us and the appartment was clean and well equipped. The view while eating on the terace over Nice was so good.”
