There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「Very clean , the staff are on top of the cleaning and keeping the rooms tidy , the hotel is in the best location with most things on the door step . There’s a taxi rank there , the staff are very helpful we got our rooms as soon as they were available. You can request iron and iron board . The swimming pool is a dipping pool rather then to swim but it’s still good . The only negative comment is that the restaurant at the hotel doesn’t really cater for halal meals and the veg option is limited so...

「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」

「This hotel gets 5 stars for its location alone. The staff were very helpful, the rooms are small but nicely appointed with free waters, soda, coffee and tea. The pool is also a nice addition on those hot Seville summer days.」
