The doors were coming off the hinges, the showerhead holder didnt support the head so you had to hold it making showering a challenge. It was a little echoey as its an old building so could be noisy....earplugs recommended.」

「Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「You can’t have a “4 “ star hotel in Sevilla with no working AC. We complain to the front desk three times and couldn’t care less.」

「Rare find of a room with terrace and jacuzzi. Very convenient location next to Alcázar and the Cathedral. Nice Pool. Breakfast was good as well.」

「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」
