Secluded Garden Studio close to village and lakes

The Garden Studio in picturesque Metung, is ideally situated for a relaxing lakeside holiday. An easy five minute stroll will take you to the village with pub, cafes, shops, beach and boating activities.

The bright, sunny Garden Studio is fully self-contained, has its own entrance, sleeps two, has a private deck overlooking a tranquil garden and plenty of off-street parking.
Bed-linen, towels, coffee, tea and milk are supplied. Well behaved pets are welcome as the garden is securely fenced.

The space
The studio has a double bed, a comfy couch, a TV and a small dining-table. The recently renovated bathroom comes with toiletries and quality towels. The kitchen is appointed with a microwave, a small fridge and has all you need to prepare simple meals. A toaster, kettle and coffee plunger are provided along with coffee, tea and milk. On the deck is a barbecue and an outdoor setting.

Guest access
Guests have complete access to the entire studio, with private entry, deck and garden and off street parking for a car and a boat.

Look for the number 35 on the fence and open the gate by pulling the string.

This property is not wheelchair friendly.
Please note that the step from the kitchen to the eating area, may prove difficult for guests with mobility issues.

Other things to note
Our very well behaved, friendly dog lives on the property with the host. He does not have any access to the guest-entry area, to the garden studio, deck or garden. He seldom barks and is restricted to a separate fenced off area.
