“Got there late and was greeted with very friendly staff. Spa facilities are good and well maintained, room was spacious and clean. Good hotel.”

“We asked for an earlier than 5:00pm check in and were told to pay 25euros.Road was closed due to construction so we couldn’t unload there. On checkin were told no internet because the cables were cut so had to use our own data. We asked about Daily Managers reception and they said they don’t know what that is. No welcome beverage offered. Breakfast was ok but the host touches the food with her fingers as she explains it to you. Sour liquid cheese, no yogurt Construction started at 8am and 7:30am……

“Overall, it was an average experience—nothing particularly special.”

“Breakfast was awful. Fruit salad was slimy and tasted fishy. No non dairy alternative but we didn't ask to be fair. No tea or cups in the room but there was a kettle, so bring your own. 1 small bottle of water for the2 of us. Parking good. Easy to motorway but couldn't hear it”

“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“Nice to have a small pool and many free parking places. This is a very good motel in Beaune and it’s 4 minutes drive to the center and great if you go to visit domaines”

“Nice location and walking distance to old town”
