“Stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are a great size and good bathrooms. Staff as always, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately there are a couple of new policies I am not totally enamoured with - it is hardly room service if you have to go down to order and pay for it - I understand their rationale behind this new policy (no room credit), but it's not what you expect from a 4* hotel. Change of menu in bar area to pizza/tapas only is a bold move ?! Overall though, still a……

“We were very dubious due to some bad reviews but we were really happy with our executive barn with hot tub. Really nice accommodation in a great location which was clean and comfortable throughout. We were also lucky enough our hot tub was hot enough to use on the first night. Only downsides were speed bumps are very severe, WiFi was glitchy and could have done with some sharp knives. But they are minor issues for us. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This was our second visit to Fistral hotel and it was just as good this time as we remembered the first time. The food is always so good, the breakfast totally worth the price, the hotel itself is lovely, has a chilled vibe and perfect views of the beach. But most of all the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly & seem so happy to be there. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in by far! Can’t wait to go back again !!!”
