「Das Haus mit seiner seiner gut erhaltenen Fassade aus dem 18 Jdh. erfüllt voll und ganz die traditionelle Erwartungen. Auch im Innern fühlt man sich durch die urige Atmosphäre in die damalige Zeit zurückversetzt.
Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich und überaus freundlich von der Inhaberin begrüßt, die uns alle für den Aufenthalt nötigen Informationen nannte. Sie zeigte uns auch unser Zimmer, das über eine schmale Holzstiege erreichbar war.
Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und reichlich. ...
「Clean and nicely planned room on waterfront. Its just a few rooms above a restaurant so easy to find food. I arrived by boat from Fowey which made it extra fun.」
「The view is great. Apart from that, it looks “quirky but cute” online but in reality it’s just awkward and uncomfortable. The ceilings are low and sloped. The bunk beds are not suitable for teenagers do to the low ceiling and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. You have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bunk room. The floors are uneven and there is an odd 1 inch step between the rooms which is just a trip hazard. The bathroom is clean but sparse, not even a box of tissues....
「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
「Obwohl wir ein anderes Zimmer gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein Barriere freies Rollstuhl Zimmer und Bad. Dort wurde bestimmt seit zwanzig Jahren nichts mehr erneuert. Der Geruch war fürchterlich. Da half auch der eingeschaltete Ventilator nichts. Das Hotel war überhaupt sehr alt und Renovierungsarbeiten bedürftig.」
「What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! 」
「Lovely, modern, spacious apartment. Catered for everything, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, even cling film! Only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but stunning view. Great communication from host too.」
「Unterkunft sehr gut. Einzelne Zimmer, sehr sauber und freundlich. Küche und Bad alles da was man braucht. Leider kein Aufzug, mit schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam. Gute Lage in Nähe Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Prompte Kommunikation zur Verwaltung, sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.」
