"All the pools were lovely and the location right on the beach was great. We appreciated the adults only at this resort. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of choices. The Guacamole steakhouse doesn't take reservations so if you don't line up by 5:30pm for dinner you won't get in. We tried twice to get a table around 6:25pm (they open at 6pm) and was told both times that they are not accepting any more guests that night. That was disappointing. Wish all of the restaurants took reservations so that we didn't have to eat at the buffet most nights."

We were they over the cartel stuff and the resort did a great job keeping everything normal as they could staff work 24hrs because they could not leave the resort they were exhausted but kept working. "I didn’t have high expectations for this resort as we had stayed in the area previously and were let down at a neighbouring resort but Valas was great! The rooms were clean, the food was probably the best we’ve had an all inclusive, the staff was great. Would recommend! "
