muy buena ubicacion, precio , solo un detallle, la habitacion no tiene aire acondicionado, por las temperaturas de la ciudad de Mexico no es un detalle muuuy importante pero la habitacion se siente caliente al entrar. Cuenta con un ventilador pero en cierto momento podria sentirse muy ruidoso.

Lugar muy bien ubicado y cómodo por el precio, solamente que notamos que los dias que entraban a limpiar el cuarto no barrían ni trapeaban.. Lo único incomodo es que el baño es MUY pequeño y se moja todo cuando te bañas.

This is a very solid Hotel for the price that you pay. It's not the cheapest. It's not the most expensive. The rooms are quite small, but efficient. We first received a room that did not have a window facing the outside, but facing an interior air ventilation space. Fresh air, but no view. They changed our room when we asked for it There is sometimes coffee downstairs in the morning. Every floor has a water system in the hallway to provide very hot water very cold water or room temperature water drinking water, of course so you can make your own tea in your room All of the employees were helpful and courteous There is always someone at the front desk, even late at night This is my second time staying in this hotel and I will stay there again The location is really perfect

Would not classify as a 3 star hotel

We’ve stayed in other 3 star hotels, and this one falls way behind. I wouldn’t even consider it in the same category. There is absolutely NO air conditioning or any ventilation in the rooms. There’s a weak fan that didn’t do anything for us and the windows don’t open all the way. When we were there, the days were 80+ and the room was hotter inside than the actual outside. Our sheets and pillows also smelled and we couldn’t stand them. Unlike typical (3 star) hotels, there are NO irons, hair dryers, or mini fridges in the room. We had to chase down the irons and hair dryers — we even spent 3 days waiting for an iron. These amenities are all a given for any other stay. The only bright side was the staff. They were all nice and understanding of our frustrations. It seems like they were similarly frustrated (with management). There were multiple nights during our stay that we thought of moving to a new hotel, but it was too short notice to find another spot. It was a very disappointing stay and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.
