I recently stayed at Casa Roma by Kukun Su, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. They opened the door for me, assisted with my luggage, and made me feel welcome right away.
Even though my check-in time was scheduled for 3 PM, I arrived around noon and was pleasantly surprised that they allowed me to go up to my room early—a great start to my stay! The room itself was comfortable and offered amazing city views, which I absolutely loved.
The building also has 24-hour security in the lobby, which gave me extra peace of mind during my stay.
Being in the heart of the city, it can get a little noisy at night, but that’s to be expected in a vibrant urban area. The staff was always available for any questions I had and even gave excellent local recommendations, which I really appreciated.
One minor inconvenience was with the laundry facilities. While there are washing machines on every floor, some were out of service. At times, I had to wash clothes on one floor and dry them on another because the dryers weren’t always working. Honestly, it wasn’t a huge issue since there are plenty of laundromats within walking distance.
Overall, I highly recommend Casa Roma by Kukun Su for anyone looking to stay in Mexico City’s Roma neighborhood. Great location, attentive staff, 24-hour security, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a solid choice for travelers
