Urban experience in Condesa

The location was the best part of this apartment, overlooking a park and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There is a wonderful coffee shop just downstairs. There is a grocery store a short walk away. Condesa is one of the safest neighborhoods in the city and we never felt threatened, even while traveling with children. Having a guard in the lobby 24 hours was also very reassuring.The apartment was clean and tidy, the water was hot and there was clean, drinkable water at the kitchen sink. It's enough space for 4 people, with lots of closet space.The host is very responsive.A great centrally-located place to explore CDMX. We would stay again.

Spectacular apartment in perfect location!

Loved the view from the front balcony as well as the ambient light which filled the apartment with sunlight from both balconies and the central well. This location offered access to numerous destinations in Roma as well as many dining options in the immediate vicinity. Great proximity to public transportation options as well. My only disappointments were that this particular apartment did not have a washing machine (my bad for not reading the fine print) and the kitchen knives were so dull that they were dangerous. On the positive side, the apartment did offer the very important water filter. That said, I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Ciudad de México!

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was perfect for two couples—comfortable, well laid out, and exactly as described. Joaquin was extremely responsive and communicative throughout. The front door staff was friendly and helpful, which made coming and going easy. The location was ideal: walkable to great restaurants and bars, with quick and inexpensive DiDi rides to other neighborhoods. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our host was amazing. He was so welcoming and responsive to all requests. The location is perfect. In a great area of Condesa across from a park and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is very chic and well laid out. Love the front and back balconies to take advantage of the morning and afternoon sun.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. Loved the location which was walkable to stores and restaurants. There is car traffic at front of building which can get noisy if sleeping on the couch but not anything that wasn’t manageable. Ear plugs were provided so that helped. Would stay again!

Fabulous and spacious apartment perfect for solo travelers or small groups

I stayed here on a solo trip for 5 days and had a total blast! Joaquin was extremely responsive and the building was very safe and conveniently located. It was quite hot during my stay so the fans in the room were a big blessing - and as someone who likes noise when I sleep, that was not an issue :) would stay here again in a heartbeat!

lovely modern apartment across from park

This was a lovely place to stay in Mexico City, centrally located to the thriving neighborhoods of Condesa and Roma. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our only wish was for quieter fans, the ones in the bedrooms were quite loud and hard to sleep with but keeping the doors/windows open was also noisy. It's on a busy street so be prepared for the noise but it was clean and comfortable and quite modern, the balconies were a huge plus. We'd stay there again!

Great stay! The beds were firm (how I like them) and the water in the shower was hot. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do and easy to get picked up in an Uber. There was a coffee shop right downstairs to easily grab coffee in the morning and grocery stores in the area to grab food. Joaquin was responsive and gave us extra TP when we asked, and clearly communicated when there was a power outage in the area (did affect the elevator, but not the power in our apartment). Joaquin also provided us with a complimentary cleaning since we stayed for over 10 days, which was great :) My only recommendation would be to get some new fans as the fan in our bedroom was a bit wonky. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent property. Easy check in and out. Very clean. Great neighborhood and view of the park. One great feature is the filtered water dispenser! Saved us so much time and money! There are fans for the bedrooms which are absolutely needed. Would recommend one more if you have any one staying o the sofa bed. Only other recommendation is blackout shades in the living room but otherwise great place!

We loved this apartment and wish we could rate 4 stars. Great location walkable to many nice cafes and tree lined walkways. Nicely furnished, kitchen well equpped, loved the filtered water and Joaquin was 5 stars with communication. Was really looking forward to the balconies but when on the master balcony, it overlooked a lot behind that wasnt easy on the eyes. Unkept lot betw buildings was an eye sore. Also, very noisy in the mornings from the master bedroom. They do provide earplugs. If it wasnt for that I would definitely give 5 stars. If you dont mind the noise and are use to city living this place is fantastic!
