El bufet de desayuno es frío y no hay mucha variedad pues es continental. La ubicación está increíble, la avenida insurgentes es bonita y conecta con muchas otras grandes avenidas. Me hospede para ir al estadio azteca, frente al hotel hay una estación de metrobus que me acerco lo suficiente. Lo definiría como un hotel económico de lujo.

Hace falta poner más atención en la limpieza de pisos, sábanas, cortina de baño, etc . El cuarto olía mal. Fuga de agua en el WC. No servía la terminal para la tarjeta de crédito, etc. Sin embargo, el trato del personal es eficiente y muy amable.

Necesitan dar mayor atención a la limpieza. La habitación olía mal, sabanas y cortina de baño manchadas de sangre, pisos sucios... Eso sí, l atención y el trato de su personal fue correcto y muy amable.

Property fine but room had window to a conference room so (1) a bit dark & (2) ñot very private. Also, there was a party of around 200 young people who were noisy & inconsiderate. Rooms should have been allocated so we weren't near them.
