Durango 219 is a remarkably pretty and clean hotel with easy access and is in the same building as two very nice restaurants. Beyond the hotel itself, it is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood and has great walkability to plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. It is also very easy to uber from the hotel wherever you need to if it's out of walking range.

Cool space, comfortable accommodation, well-designed, and great location. Management was easily reached and responsive to issues; Ivan on the night shift was a huge help when I had to navigate a complicated situation trying to get picked up to go to the airport. Was a bit worried when I arrived and found earplugs on the nightstands but I never needed them. The restaurant downstairs is very tasty and a great asset. The area is lively, transit is nearby, and feels very safe. Thanks so much for a great visit!

Hotel was perfect for us - great location in Roma Norte and clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the restaurant Babero on the ground floor (always busy) as well as the rooftop cafe. We’d recommend this hotel and would stay there again! As others may have noted, there’s no front desk — access is by entry code but staff were responsive and helpful via what’s app.

Pros: clean rooms, comfortable bed, convenient location for walking or catching uber, felt safe inside the room. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Cons: busy street was noisy on weekends/no sound proofing, no mini fridge, no ac or heat, and shower came from ceiling (not the wall) so women who don’t want to get hair wet every-time it is difficult to shower.

Room was beautiful and location is amazing. Room was incredibly loud due to traffic. We had to blast white noise from a speaker we brought to sleep at night. WIFI didnt work for first 3 days and on the third time bugging managerial staff they called internet provider and got it fixed. This also caused the door lock to malfunction and we would have to put in the code in 3 or 4 times for it to open. Cafe on top floor was excellent and restaurant on first floor was good too. Cleaners were excellent and they appeared on our first outing of the day.
