不满意：服务设施，清洁度
We were supposed to stay 3nights but plans changed. So, we called to say we can keep the reservation and not ask for any money back, as long as we can use the last night of the reservation before we fly back from Mexico City. The day we got there the host, we were told to call them when we leave the airport and head towards the apartment. When we did so, I got yelled at by the host Patty, that she had called me multiple times and had to wait an hour to let us in to the apartment. We were flying, how could we have picked up their phone calls? Her attitude was not appreciated. She then came 40mins later and we had to wait outside on the street. Then we realized that we had made the reservation for only 2 instead of 4, so we paid extra after all this. When we got to the apartment, the shelves in the closet were super dusty! I asked Patty specifically what we need to do to make sure we get hot water, she said you will be fine as long as two people don’t shower at the same time in the two bathrooms. Next morning, no hot water! I called Patty in the morning and she said someone will be there to fix it, except that person came 20 minutes before we had to depart for the airport! So we all took a cold shower before a stressful day of travel. I would not recommend dealing with this host
