Nice Place but Dirty!

The entire apartment was dirty covered in a layer of dust. The floor was filthy. There was no dish soup and the dishes are were covered in a film. You are not in contact directly with VRBO instead you are in contact with Kukun. Kukun did not respond to any of our questions and were no where to be found.

Great across the board

Monserrat made everything easy, from check in to check out (efficient, agile, and very friendly). The property is top quality and it is located only steps away from the best restaurants in Polanco. Highly recommend!
