不滿：整潔度和住宿狀況

地铁方便离景点也不远；员工虽然不会英语但是还是会尽力交流，态度也很不错；一楼就是停车场停车很方便；早餐虽然不丰盛但味道不错。但是设施和卫生很糟糕。房间毛巾床单三天从未更换，地板上有沙子和头发，床板上有大量脏东西。窗户非常薄外部噪音很容易传入，半夜经常能听到摩托车的巨大声音。没有风扇只有一个噪音很大的风扇。淋雨没有门水会弄的厕所到处都是。床头插座不好用很轻易就会滑落。拐角处的房间非常小而且伴有巨大噪音（换房间即可避免）

Was a decent stay it was quiet traffic wasn’t too loud and didn’t disturb sleep. The only bad for me was the beds are way too firm for my preference softer beds would make for a more rested and comfortable stay. Staff was pleasant room was clean

It was centrally located, a 5 min walk to Plaza Garibaldi. We loved the breakfast — much better than expected. Stayed with my elder mother. It was really worrisome that the rep first gave me.a.key to am occupied room. Made me.qorey about the safety and security of my belongings in my room. The second room they assigned was fine except they left the smallest roll of toilet paper causing me to grab another from the cold front desk in the early hours of the morning, interrupting much needed rest. We were surprised to find only a fan and not AC, however we really did not need AC even in mid August. The window had no screen so w could not open it for fresh air without risking bugs entering. Overall, a clean, spacious room . The bed was definitely hard, but the pillows were great I appreciated the price for what we received. Would considering staying again.

The property has a feeshly renovated feel..in not brand new.Very clean. Our trip has been a back packing honeymoon. So we have gone with inexpensive (hotel just to sleep and feel clean and get clean)but fresh and very clean and well kept and this definitely fits that bill. All the coffee you can drink and fresh grind and free. Complimentary breakfast had four hot selections(kept fresh on rotation) and then typical continental selections it was good( my wifes Ukranian and very picky and she was happy with the breakfast). Easy to get to one bus ride to the national anthropology musuem and the castle(and not long) which are both definitely must see while in Mexico.. and you can mingle with the friendly locals. Show them courtesy and they are more then happy to be just as friendly back :) All though not in a pretty neighborhood its definitely a must for a quality back packing hotel. We lost one umbrella on our trip and hotel front desk gave us one last night so we could go out to dinner in tropical like lightning storm with rain and hail. Walking distance to all the Mariachi (lots of bands)you can handle and a great indoor dinner bazzare. This hotel definitely a diamond in the rough so to speak. There is also a nice center of building courtyard filled with lots of planted local plants, and the small but adequate gym is right next to it.Our trip has been about spend less on accommodations but still get quality of life and my wife and I have been really happy with this place.

Muy bueno, comodo, limpio, buenos colchones, estacion del metro super cerca, Bellas Artes a cinco cuadras caminando, el bufet se me hizo muy rico y saludable a pesar de ser continental se preocupan por siempre darte proteinas y verduras y eso se agradece, cafe y chocolate refil todo el dia, muy bueno para esos momentos de cdmx en que llueve y llegas de turistear todo el dia, la gente del hotel muy amable y te cuidan tus maletas despues del check in. Si volveria.

Tres propre, mais pas d'air conditionné ou de système de chauffage. Pas de petit frigo, pas d'oven et surtout pas beaucoup d'eau a boire dusponible. Cependant, du resto au personnel dentretien, ils sont gentils.
