Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were some of friendliest and most helpful we ever have encountered while traveling. We definitely would stay there again.
The room was spotless. The Staff gave great service. The only complaint was the loud music playing until 1 am to 2 am every night. We couldn't sleep at all since we had to wake up early every morning for our morning trips.
I booked our hotel stay here very last minute and we still received a personalized welcome. The reception staff were incredible and the property is beautiful. It was a little noisy late at night, however, there were a lot of parties and celebrations for Mexican Independence Day. Overall, there is a lot to do in the neighborhood and would definitely look at staying here again!
This hotel is truly a gem. It’s the perfect location in Roma Norte with tons of food, shopping, and bars nearby. The hotel itself has a beautiful facade in a century old building, and the pasaje filled with shops and restaurants is very inviting and upbeat. The rooms are modern and clean and the beds are comfortable. The shutters also make the room fully blacked out, so it was easy to sleep in. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and to our delight, we discovered they offer pastries daily from Panaderia Rosetta nearby, which always has a wait. The staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating, providing welcome drinks on arrival and texting to see if we need anything. I highly recommend this hotel and would come again!
On a long weekend mommy getaway and we had the best time, staying at Hotel Parisian was a big part of it. Knew I had made the right decision from the start and the place and staff did not disappoint upon arrival. Lived the whole staff and how diligent and helpful they were, immediately available on WhatsApp, super kind and friendly people- Carlos and Jay, thank you. The location is perfect for us to hit the best Roma Norte restaurants- all just a short walk away. Didn’t have a chance to sample all that’s available in the pasaje PArian down below the hotel but they all looked so cute…next time. Will stay again.
Prime location, great price! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. However, be sure to bring earplugs as this location is VERY loud with music and activities well into the early morning hours

The noise in this place is insane. It's like you're staying inside a nightclub. The door to your room overlooks the main terrace that is several restaurants. They have bumping nightclub level music until Midnight each night.
It's so weird because you go out there and there is no one there - so it's confusing why they need this music.
I think they need to decide if they want to be a hotel or a party place. You can't be both.
Thankfully, we found earplugs and used a white noise machine.
Not sure why anyone would ever stay here.
The people are nice and they have some good restaurants in the facility, but just walk here and stay somewhere quieter.
I read reviews about the noise levels, but they were non existent. The room was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was so sweet and on top of everything we needed. I will be staying here next time we go back!
This place was great. Super unique. The bars and restaurants below were a bit noisy at night but we just cranked the fan in the AC and that took care of it.
The surrounding area is amazing. Awesome taco spot right on the corner. Amazing breakfast included. Highly recommend.
Amazing service in a beautiful place!
Staff went above and beyond to provide a personal experience. From check in to check out and everything in between the hotel made each guest feel special, such as with hand written personal notes upon arrival and check out. The rooms are clean and look out onto a beautiful outdoor space above Pasaje Parian, a quaint walkway lined with restaurants and shops. It is perfect if you’re looking for an aesthetic boutique experience. The hotel doesn’t have restaurants, lobby or food service beyond breakfast, but it is surrounded by an offering of that. It is unique in that the whole block feels like part of your stay so you didn’t need the typical communal spaces of a hotel. At night it can be a bit loud due to the location near bars and restaurants but it wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

Very disappointing experience
We stayed 8 nights here. we are very disappointed with our stay and the experience.
The good points:
⁃ The location of the hotel And the security we felt very safe here.
⁃ The room was OK.
⁃ The housekeeping of the room was perfect.
The bad points:
⁃ The noise of the AC. All day and all night. The AC are installed on the roof of the room.
⁃ The breakfast. It is really bad for the price we paid. There is nothing to eat. A few slice of cheese and ham. Sometimes, a few sausages. And a cup of fruit. Really really bad. It’s unacceptable to pay this much for a non-existent breakfast. Also. Some mornings, there is only 3 sausages for the all breakfast and all the guests of the hotel. We had to go the bakery every mornings of our stay while we have paid for a breakfast.
⁃ Our biggest inconvenience was the person in charge of the breakfast. The rudest staff member ever. He is not nice, he does not say hello or bye, he doesn’t not help. He is on his phone all morning while nothing is prepared for the breakfast. he does no effort to help. He is eating in front us while there is not so much food in the buffet. One day we found, an eaten sausage in the breakfast buffet. The tables are not set, we have to do everything. He made our stay here so unpleasant. The buffet is not ready at 7, sometimes he is not even here
For the price we paid (2500 USD), we expected a better experience, the breakfast quality and experience was so so bad. It’s a shame. It ruined our experience here.
I loved the location and design of the property. Incredible restaurants and stores on ground floor. The staff was amazing and helped us out with reservations and great recomendations. Will defently stay here again!! 10/10
Staff and hotel manager were some of the greatest and nicest workers. Unfortunately the hotel is just too loud at night so we had to end our stay short and they were nothing but gracious trying to accommodate us to stay. The
The hotel was so cute that tourists would walk through just because it was so nice. The hotel is an old building on the third floor. The second floor seems to be for work offices. The bottom floor is an alley with shops and restaurants. There is a security at the alley entrance and hotel guests get a card that they scan to be able to go up to their room so it is very safe. At night it is very loud but the hotel offers ear plugs. There is a nice spread for continental breakfast (they will make you a coffee or fresh squeezed orange juice). The room is spacious and had a smart TV you can connent to. The entire property is maintained clean with staff cleaning daily. The staff is friendly (we got a welcome drink) and helpful (they gave us recommendations). I would recommend this hotel but not if you are looking for a quiet place because it is a lively location.
