The hotel was excellent for the price. The room and facilities were modern. The air conditioner was very quiet (though it is not needed often due to the pleasant weather and window that opens). The breakfast was good too, I liked that they had fresh fruit and ypgurt everyday, plus eggs, pancakes, and chillaquilles. There was alsp 24/7 espresso and americano in the lobby, and a vending machine with snacks and beers. There were multiple water bottle filling stations on every floor, which was very nice so we did not need to buy bottled water as often. The staff were very kind and helpful too. We also used the laundry service one day and the items were all returned clean and folded with nothing missing. The hotel location is conveniently located, next to many markets, street vendors, cafes, and shops. It is about a 15 minute walk to Alameda Park, the most historic park in the city, and famous spots like the Palacio de Belles Artes. It is also a 10 minute walk away from Arena Mexico where you can see Lucha multiple times per week. The area arpund the hotel is a little dirty, and can feel not very nice after dark. But we did not feel unsafe at any point. It just happens to be near many mechanics shops and other stores that are for normal working people. This is not a problem for the conveneint location and nice hotel with an affordable price. I would stay again and recomend to others to stay in this hote.

Unfortunately, our stay didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped. The internet didn’t work in the bedrooms, so we couldn’t watch TV or get any work done from there. One night, the battery of our room door died and we were locked out until 3am. There was only one person at the front desk and one maintenance worker, and neither seemed to know what to do. It was very frustrating, especially since there’s no visible security at night. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was small and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. On top of that, the shower only had a ceiling rain head, which isn’t very practical, especially for women. Breakfast was okay, but overall, the hotel needs big improvements in service, security, and amenities.

El hotel está muy bien, está cerca de la alameda central. El equipo del hotel es bueno. Buen desayuno. Lo único es que el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, desde el día que llegamos hice el reporte, no mandaron al técnico, bajé a recepción a preguntar una hora después de que llame a recepción y me dijeron “el técnico se acaba de ir hace 10 mins” cuando ya había hecho el reporte 1 hora antes, y así pasaron los días con que iba a llegar, pero nunca me dieron la opción de cambiarme de habitación ni ningún otro tipo de solución

Muy buenas instalaciones y desayuno pero aunque se reservaron dos habitaciones iguales distaban mucho una de la otra, hablando en tamaño y distribución, y cuando pedí que fueran igualadas me indicaron que ya estaban llenos y no les era posible. Eso debió haberse resuelto desde la reserva no cuando ya estamos en el lugar y no se dio ningún otro arreglo de su parte.
