Excelente ubicación, super lindo el apartamento y bastante limpio. Vale considerar si reservas un apartamento con vista a la calle que puede haber un poco de ruido ya que las ventanas no son a prueba de sonido. LASAI fue excelente en su comunicación conmigo.

Highly recommend LASAI Casa Puebla! Communication and service were flawless. Being able to store our luggage at reception before check-in and after check-out was incredibly convenient and let us maximize our time in the city. Eumir was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Big thanks to Paola and Maria for getting the place ready and making our early check-in happen! Spotless property that felt very safe. Location was perfect! The hosts were kind and helpful, Eumir arranged for taxi transport back to the airport which was awesome. I had a very early arrival and there was flexibility with our check in time. Our room didn’t have any natural light but was equipped and well cared for. Thank you!

Our one week stay at Lasai Casa Puebla was excellent. It was spacious and we enjoyed the patio and terrace common areas which we used to play games in the evenings. The location is excellent- within close walking distance to many restaurants, parks, cafes, and a $3 usd Uber ride to museums. Emir was an excellent host. He greeted us upon arrival and offered help any time we needed it. He was very friendly. Would stay here again in the future.

From the time of pre-check in, our host, Eumir was most attentive and friendly. He gave us everything we needed and more. He really made us feel at home and went above and beyond for us every day. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. I would highly recommend staying here. With that all said, small areas for improvement: More bed pillows, a larger trash can in the bathroom, and a heavier comforter or blanket would have made it all perfect. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to our next stay at your hotel.
