Our family stayed here for a week. The location is great and very convenient to a couple of parks and museums. And the amenities in the building are great as well.However, when we attempted to close a blind when simply pulling gently on the cord, the blind cassette fell out. It was not properly secured. The management company kept our deposit despite the fact that we simply were trying to close the blinds (it's a fishbowl otherwise). My son had a bloody nose and two of the towels were dirty when we left. They charged us for that too. We did all the dishes and emptied the trash and they still complained the kitchen was not clean enough. The management company was unreasonable with this (during our visit they were great - which is why we were so disappointed by how they treated us once we left).Also, the bed in the master is an inflatable and very low quality. It's advertised as a queen, but it's a full.
