Perfect Location

Such a great location and beautiful property that is very well supplied with everything you need. Easy access to the best of Mexico City. Be aware that the bed is only a double, could be a problem for some people.

Great Location

We loved everything about the place; the lobby, staircase, elevator, hallway, and room were all clean. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus, especially since we booked the place for six nights. The refrigerator was convenient for storing leftovers and drinks. The property also had a new stove and coffee maker. My only complaint is that the mattress was uncomfortable, and they only provided sheets, so be sure to bring your own comforter. As for the location, it couldn't be better! It’s close to a variety of restaurants, bars, charming coffee shops, and bakeries. Additionally, it's within walking distance to other neighborhoods that offer even more great dining and coffee options. It’s also a short walk to El Palacio de Hierro, which is similar to Macy's or Nordstrom.

Great location, but a rough stay

The location is great. And the photos do justice to the apartment. The apartment is clean and organized, perfect for one or two people for a short or long stay. But, there were severe issues. One day we woke up and there was no water. The entire building had no water. Apparently this was a planned water shut off that nobody communicated to us - the water came back around 4pm. The second issue was that the lock on the door simply came out as I was unlocking the door. The host called a locksmith, who showed up 2 hours later. The host then told me that the door would be without a lock overnight, so I told them I’d like another unit, because I didn’t feel safe. They said I could stay at another unit, but for a higher fee. So I was put in between a rock and a hard place. The locksmith agreed to put a temporary lock, and we decided to stay. If your stay is great, then it’s great, otherwise a vacation becomes work. Said that, the location is great.
