The apartment is located in Colonia Roma Norte, the trendiest neighborhood in Mexico City, full unique places to eat and have fun; also you will be delighted with the amount of historical and artistic monuments.
The location is spectacular, we are just a very few minutes from downtown and Avenida Reforma. It is one block from the one of the most important theatre en the city and the subway station.

La ubicación del lugar es excelente, la estación del metro más cercano se encuentra prácticamente a la vuelta de la esquina. Hay cine y buenos bares en la cercanía. Sin embargo, es difícil dormir por las noches en los dos cuartos que dan al exterior debido al sonido de los autos, ya que se encuentra frente a un Boulevard muy transitado. De igual forma las ventanas no cuentan con cortinas para evitar la entrada de la luz.El apartamento estaba limpio y con insumos para el baño. También contaba con algunos trastes para la cocina.La televisión en el lugar es algo vieja y no es posible conectarse con ninguna aplicación que no sea YouTube.El trato y atención del anfitrión fueron excelentes, y siempre está atento a cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir.

The apartment was good enough for five of us. There two baths and four bedrooms. Kitchen was small but bedrooms and living room were big and confortable. There is a clothes washer but not a dryer. The location is not the best if you like quite, this is why I gave it 4 stars. It is in front of a very busy street so there is car noise 24/7. On the other hand, the there are "shutters" that drain out the noise but then the apartment get hot and there is no AC. Location is excellent. We walked a lot and found good eats and many places to shop. Renter was very nice and polite.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and local areas of interest.

The check in process went smoothly and the host was attentive to our needs. Apartment is quite large and fit our family of five with room to spare. The taco stand out front at the park is open 24/7 and the Mercado Juarez across the street had excellent produce at very reasonable prices. Easy walking distance to anything in Roma Norte.

Perfect Family Stay

Miguel was always available and his property was comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained. The location is perfect with public transportation only yards away and many interesting visits within walking distance. Yes there is some traffic noise, but after a night or two you adapt.

Great location

The apartment is located close to a lot of places of interest and local transportation stations are within walking distance. The place was very clean and safe. The front bedrooms are very noisy at night due to being on a main avenue but that is to be expected. Supplies were limited tho. There were not enough towels for each guest, no extra bedding considering there is a futon to sleep on, only a few rolls of toilet paper, and no extra trash bags. Some of that can be easily fixed by local stores. Overall we had a great week in Mexico City!!

Great location in Roma Norte

Perfect spot in Roma Norte for large group of people. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Miguel was also a great host. He was very easy to communicate with. My friends and I had a great time at this listing!

The property is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. It’s located on a very busy street so it is not quiet, but with a sound machine app we were able to sleep ok.

The apartment is as advertised. Plenty of sleeping space and a small kitchen. It is located on a major street and is not dark or quiet, but we slept fine with a sound machine.

Close to transport and location

Pros: close to transportation metro and bus Nice neighborhood. Quiet,unless your in the front room, you will hear the main road. Enough space for our family of 9 Washer and dryer worked,but it can be temperamental at times to turn on. There are two full bathrooms in the apartment ,but if both showers are being used, the shower pressure goes down. Cons: Fridge/freezer were not operating. Luckily there was a smaller fridge that we could use. The stove needed a manual light up. Bed frames were creaky BUT the mattresses were fine. Overall. Our stay was good. Miguel was very quick to respond to all our concerns before and during our stay. Location was very good. Metro line 1 was 3-4 mins walk. The bus is outside. Mall and supermarket were both walking distance. Food carts downstairs. Mcd's and convenience store down the block on the main road.

The rooms are big plenty of space, everything is organized and I had plenty of dishes and cookware I needed to cook for my children. The owner is nice and the area is close to everything you need , plenty of restaurants and cool areas to hangout . I will definitely come back 👍

Great for Short Stays!

Miguel was an excellent communicator, he met us at the property and explained everything in detail. He was responsive to questions. The location is great, accessible to Roma and Juarez, with lots of food and activities within walking. You can even get to Condessa if you’re cool walking 25-35mins, depending where you go in Condessa. We stayed for 2 weeks, and the property is currently not set up for longer stays - kitchen was a little sparse and some necessities (extra TP, soap, towels) were lacking. However, the price reflects the amentities and we weren’t upset. Would recommend asking Miguel to stock up if you come for a longer visit. Would stay again!
