We loved everything about our stay at this apartment. Very thankful to Elizabeth for all the recommendations she made to explore the city. All of the staff was attentive to our needs. This location has you right in the heart of Roma Norte with walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, and mercado Medellin. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is in a great area. The front desk staff are helpful but not always around. The security is excellent. This is more like a self service apartment so you need to make requests to have the room freshened. Very noisy from outside noises so bring ear plugs.

Amazing stay at Art Tanat, the staff were super helpful and the location is perfect. We felt safe (we arrived at 2am and someone was there for us) and the room had everything you would need during your stay. Only downside is that the windows don't have a great noise cancellation so you'll hear horns and people talking outside.

Great location for stay in Mexico City - especially if it’s your first time. Very safe for solo female travelers too. Code entry for room. To get into building, you ring a bell and you are buzzed in. Elizabeth at front desk was so helpful and great. Daniel who was manning the front door was also helpful. They were able to accommodate late checkout and was able to leave luggage at hotel after checkout while exploring more. Parque Mexico is close by.. also a lot of great street food around. Safe to walk around at night in the area. Easy to get uber to go wherever you want. Overall I’d stay here again when I visit Mexico City again.

The apartment is beautiful. The bed and pillows are extremely comfy. Location is amazing. Only downside is you can hear everything in the hall and outside.

We stayed for two weeks and it was perfect. Great location, super friendly staff, amazing room with a great view and the amenities were very helpful: we ended up cooking 4-5 dinners in. Honestly we had NO complaints, total dream.

The apartments were very comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel is in a very vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops. It is centralized and easily walkable to some larger attractions.

El personal muy amable pero estaba muy sucio de departamento, se nota que nada mas limpian por encima, el baño tenia pelos, y la regadera tenia como tierra, fue muy asqueroso pisarlo, no habian rellenado los botes de shampoo, el cajon del bote de basura tenia comida, y cuando intente tirar agua en el fregadero salio toda la comida de inquilinos anteriores. Tampoco servia la luz del cuarto.

La habitación está perfectamente ubicada, con el balcón cerrado yo no escuché ruido alguno a la calle, esperábamos más ruido exterior y al final fue lo contrario y se descansó bien. Sus instalaciones están excelentes, el acceso super fácil y sencillo, previo a nuestra llegada hubo comunicación en todo momento y la atención de la muchacha que nos hizo el check in 10/10. Sin embargo, los otros guardias/staff, nunca fueron buenos ni educados para devolver un simple "buenas noches" jaja pero mas allá de eso, todo excelente.

Excellent stay. Great, safe, walkable location in CDMX. Coffee, restaurants, market, street food, fruit vendor, parks all steps outside the door. We'd return in a heartbeat.
