Two High-End Balconied Apartments in Exclusive Roma Norte - Condesa

Take in the city views from the balconies before returning to an interior full of designer lighting and detailing, along with local sculptures and artwork. Alexa is available throughout, and there are widescreen Smart TVs for entertainment.

The design is carefully curated in order to provide a cozy but trendy atmosphere. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury mattresses and fine bed clothes, providing guests with a better experience than a hotel, but much more affordable. The living room and kitchen are equipped with all possible accessories in order to create a pleasant and sophisticated experience. The bathrooms have pressure showers, personal toilet kit, robes, and towels for every guest.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you could need: high speed internet (300 MB), fully equipped kitchens, washing machine and dryer, 4 fully equipped workstations, smart TV in every bedroom and living room, alexa devices, and so on. The building has 24/7 private security.

Perfect home base for this celebratory trip for our family of 5 adults. The location is walkable to so many things—beautiful fountains, the metro, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. The building is nice with 24 hr doorman. The apartments were side by side and even nicer than they appeared in the photos. We felt like we were all in one place together, just as we hoped, while still having plenty of space. They are very comfy units with high-end finishes. The fridge was well stocked. There was lots of coffee, even ice cream in the freezer, and Doritos. The balcony is great for enjoying your morning coffee. Fernando was incredibly attentive and responsive without being intrusive. He provided excellent recommendations for tours and eateries and, when I dropped my special earring down the drain, sent a plumber immediately to successfully retrieve it! We highly recommend staying here. We look forward to returning here next year.
