First time coming to Mexico City and the hotel was amazing ! From the staff to the hotel ambience it was a beautiful stay . Rooftop pool and bar was easily accessible with great view of the city . Our stay at the Umbral was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The amenities were top-tier, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was outstanding and very convenient. The only minor criticism would be the scent used in the main lobby. It was a pleasant fragrance, but a bit overpowering at times. That said, it certainly wasn’t enough to affect our overall experience or rating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

My son and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Umbral in the Historic Center of CDMX. The property was well situated, right in the heart of the Historic Center, just blocks from the Cathedral so very convenient. Our room was spacious and very clean. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The entire staff at the Umbral was so helpful and friendly - they made us feel incredibly welcome and they were very accommodating with any questions or requests we had.
