We rented this unit for 1 week in January 2026. The unit was clean, and seemed great, however, the kitchen didn't have items such as a kitchen towel, a bowl for mixing or salads or snacks. It also didn't have plastic or foil wrap. The washroom had only 1 hand towel and did not have facecloths. Usually when renting we are provided instructions on the unit and the neighbourhood. Although our contact was responsive and helpful, it was inconvenient to have to ask for details such as where do we put the garbage, can we drink thew water, etc. The unit is more suitable to a single person. The building was clean, the front door staff very friendly and always available. The neighbourhood was safe, had great restaurants and stands.

A comfortable place, but bring your earplugs because you might need them

This property provides comfortable accommodation in a lovely neighbourhood; it is on the edge of Roma Norte, which I preferred to being in the middle of the trendy parts.The bed is really comfortable, with nice linens. The staff are kind but I felt bad that the concierge had to open the door for me every time I left and returned! The downside is that it can be very noisy within the building. There is spacious atrium that extends the full height of the eight floors and it acts as a very effective conduit of sound. On my floor there was a family with two extremely yappy small dogs (and the people were pretty loud too) and the noise could become almost intolerable. That said, I would consider staying here again and hope that there were only calm and quiet canine guests. The kitchen is quite well equipped but with all of the good or great restaurants a few streets away, I didn’t use it too much.

We found the apartment to be exactly as shown in the listing (maybe that's expected, but we have found this is often not so). It met and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space, big rooms, we were so comfortable there. The location was very good, local transportation was fine. We would recommend it to anyone.
