We had a fantastic time at 1Hotel residences. The views, the location and the unit were all perfect for us. The concierge service was nice to have however there was definitely some communication issues when it came to getting a list of groceries and making reservations. The unit itself was spectacular and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Family Vacation -- Resort Amenities

This condo was perfect for our family-- kitchen was super useful for breakfast in the mornings, and then the resort amenities were amazing. The property management was a great help in arranging transportation with carseats for our kids, a crib and highchair for our youngest as well as stocking our groceries prior to arrival! 1Hotel is such a great spot --- walkable to all sorts of restaurants and shops, but also has great food if you'd rather stay put. Thanks for a great getaway!

The residence and property were stunning and they had everything we needed/wanted and then some! Staff were extremely friendly, responsive and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. The food and beverage on property were delicious—a little pricey, but the convenience and quality were worth it. The location is also great. If you want to truly relax, this is the spot! They will literally take care of everything if you ask them to!

Wonderful, comfortable, high floor apt with great location just on the edge of the bustle of South Beach. All the benefits of The One Hotel's great facilities but with the privacy and convenience of a spacious apartment. Great ocean views! I could have sat on the balcony for days watching the water. Loved This space! The views are amazing! You can see everything! We had everything we needed! Plenty big for our family of six! (We have 4 kids 5-9yrs old) check in was easy and they gave us lots of recommendations for the kids as well! The hotel has everything you need so you honestly don’t even need to go anywhere else! Best vacation I've had in Miami so far! Property Managers were on point with their service, and we had access to all hotel amenities. We didn't need room service because our plan was to go out with our friends that we were meeting in Miami. We went to really good restaurants all within walking distance. My family and I had a great time in Miami Beach. I had my wife book the accommodations while I took care of looking for good restaurants and things to do. In the end, LRMB didn't only host our stay in their residence, but also helped us in finding good dining options and activities nearby. Although the 1 Hotel is like a resort, so we didn't feel the need to leave the hotel. The oceanfront view was breathtaking. We will come back for sure.
