    Beautiful Apartment and building located on Hollywood Beach. Gorgeous waterview of the intracoastal. Ideally located on Hollywood Beach. This luxury real estate Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive direct beach access . The building is just minutes away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots.

    - Two Queen Size Beds + One Queen Size Sofa bed
    - Nicely decorated & furnished
    - Heated pool
    - Gym
    - Business centers with Internet
    - 24hr parking (not for free)
    - 24hs security
    - Broadband internet wifi in the unit. Cable TV;
    Full Kitchen with Large Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Oven/Stove, Micro Wave Ovens, and all necessary Kitchen Appliances and utensils.
    Spacious Bathrooms with Tub and Shower.

    We provide Bathroom and Beach Towels, Beach chairs and Sunshade
    Bedding includes Pillows, Duvets and Linens

    More than 4 golf courts are within less than a mile from the Condo. Among them the Diplomat Country Club is within walking distance.
    Walmart, Publix, Ross, Walgreens, and many other shops are located at less than half a mile.
    Nearby Hotels include The Westin Diplomat and Double Tree by Hilton with great restaurants and fun.

    This is a paradise for fun as it is just minutes to Gulfstream Race Track & Shopping, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Mardi Grass at the Greyhound Track.

    Aventura Mall is 5 minutes away from Condo and Sawgrass Mills Mall only at 10 minutes.

    Very close to Golden beach, Bal Harbour, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood Beach Boardwalk

    Parking service rates:
    One week: USD 100 per stay
    Two weeks: USD 125 per stay
    Three weeks: USD 150 per stay
    Four weeks: USD 175
    Holliday: USD 40

    Resort fee: USD 30 for every two persons per stay due only with Credit card at Check in at complex administration.

    A USD 20 deposit will be requested to receive the Parking Decal, which has to be returned before 5 PM the check-out date to receive the USD 20 deposit refund.

    There are washers and dryers available on every floor, but you have to pay for each load using a card

    - Guests shall comply with all the complex association rules

    - Complex association will provide a Hand Plastic Band to each guest of the apartment. The guests must wear the Band to have access to all complex amenities.

    We don't provide daily housekeeping. Paper toilet and soap are only provided at check it and is not refillable.

We enjoyed our stay. The welcome and communication with the host were perfect. The location is ideal for families with children (pool and beach). The only downside is that the place is a little run-down.

The direct beach access was our favorite part! The condo was very clean, bright and adequate for our stay. The Tides building is older and the hallways are dark but aside from that, it had a nice heated pool and a lovely beachfront! Communication with the host was easy and timely.

Wonderfully relaxing

The property met expectations and was as advertised. The location is splendid with easy access to pool area and beach. upon arrival we were greeted by the receiving team and were guided rapidly and ably through the registration process. Beach umbrellas and chairs were available although we did not use them as the beach is just feet away from the pool area. All in all a great place to relax in the sun.

This os a great condo. I thought I would have an ocean view but the balcony received the afternoon sunshine so that was nice. Pool was fantastic and rite on beach.

Xmas vacation

I was very impressed with the unit! But most importantly the owner marcello who answered all my questions and any issues I had. My kids stayed there with my grandchildren and they loved it. The unit was amazing and we will rent again next yr. Marcello is amazing and you can trust him
