The day I arrived the hotel didn’t have my confirmation it was 10 PM. I had to prove that to them that like prepaid spending two hours before I got my room when I went to the bar at the pool they would not serve me because I was in a private room. They wouldn’t take my credit card. They didn’t take cash.

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT prior to booking this listing. Unfortunately, I did not. If you book, you will be required to pay an ADDITIONAL amount which will just about double the price listed. Also, this is not a "condo" but a glorified hotel room with a small sink and a few dishes (no stove, no washer/dryer). Also to note, this is a privately owned hotel room in a resort hotel. It is the latest growing trend in the resort/hotel business...selling to individuals who then rent them out. That extra you pay gives you access to the grounds but NOTHING ELSE. The hotel will not and cannot give you extra towels, linens, toilet paper, etc. They are not even allowed to enter the room...so no housekeeping. The owner of this room was cordial and responsive, but we hope he or she takes note of the following: add some wine glasses, change out those terrible pillows, replace those chairs on your balcony...we could not even sit in them they were so uncomfortable (they were not the ones shown in the picture); and maybe think of unscrambling the channel so people can use their streaming apps. This is a very nice resort with amazing staff, but do yourself a favor and book in the actual hotel. For the price you will pay here, you could have an ocean front room and all the emenities you would want, need and expect.
