One bedroom apartment on the 26 floor of the Luxury BeachWalk Resort overlooking the Biscayne Bay and the Ocean. Enjoy watching all the boats in this full Ceramic floor Condo and patio, Large 4K TVs, free internet, Infinity edge pool overlooking beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and Beach access, surrounded with Restaurants, shopping and many fun things to do. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located private Condominium
The Room has 2 Italian furniture full of light twin beds, dresser / mirror and a working desk, served with a 55 inch 4K smart TV, Alexa Music and nightstand lights. The condo has a full bathroom with stylish decoration and modern touch mirror. There is a closet and a kitchenet area supplied with utensils, plates, cups, Glasses, silverware, a mini-Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

The parking is directly with the building and it is valet parking.
1 to 7 nights is $28 / day
8 to 9 Nights is $25 / day
10 to 19 Nights is flat rate of $250

Excellent stay in Hallandale Beach
My husband & I enjoyed our 3 night-stay & escape to some warmer weather. The property was very clean & had everything we needed. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We loved the view from the room & made use of the pool & gym. Sami was responsive & a tentative host.
