Apartamento excelente, vista linda, mas sem serviço de quarto, mesmo estando em um resort.

Foi tudo excelente, no entanto não nos foi dito nada sobre serviço de limpeza. Sendo o imóvel em um resort, imaginamos que teria serviço de limpeza e nada foi dito sobre não ter o serviço. Ao chegar lá descobrimos que não tinha o serviço. Foi muito desagradável. Justamente por não ser um imóvel qualquer, mas um apartamento em um resort.

Beautiful property / unit, but building staff was rude and elevator service was awful

Great building, great pool, great unit, beautiful beach. But beach service and building staff was rude, elevator service was horrendous, concierge and valet service non-existent. Worse lodging experience I ever recall. This property should be removed from VRBO.
