「The bed is good as well as the shower, television, the wifi and airco. The area is close to restaurants and shops however there's room for improvement: - a bigger trash - a small fridge - floor is uneven and cracking - the reception does not have any tourist information (no maps from metros or sightseeing)」

「不错」

「 ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. 「Price with fees get a bit over the average, and the garage is extremely expensive and annoying.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「冷气的杂音大到无法入睡」

「Very nice 」

「I received clear instructions on how to check in and connect to the Wi-Fi in advance, so I had no concerns. Even though I arrived late at night, the check-in process was very smooth and easy. I also felt reassured knowing that the host was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!」
