I totally love everything about my stay here at Spacious Studio Rooftop Pool and Bar while on vacation. It’s beautiful and clean also everything is right there from beach to restaurants to bars. It has one of the most amazing beautiful view's of the beach and skyline. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely visit again.

I really loved my stay. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the place was very clean. The layout is really nice. It has all the necessities. The elevator was working perfectly, and the balcony is so cool.You can see both the sunrise and the beach right from there. The location is lively and busy, but if you prefer quiet, you can simply close the doors and it becomes very peaceful inside. They even provide earplugs in case you’re sensitive to sound for sleeping, which I really appreciated. Irina was an amazing host—super responsive, caring, kind, and genuinely cool. Anytime I had a question or needed something, she was there right away. I felt very supported and comfortable throughout my stay because of that. If ai could give her more then 5stars I would. Thank you so much.

Great Location!!

Frequent flyer to South Beach, this property was in a central location on Ocean Drive. Communication was top notch with the property manager, check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful condo, much bigger than what appears in the pictures. Will be booking again for sure, Thank you!!!

Perfect location!

We had an amazing time here! No need for a car, you can literally walk or rent a bike to travel. Everything is right there. They even provide earplugs bc the night life is directly downstairs.

Ocean View Get Away

Perfect location, large balcony to people watch/look over the ocean and Lummus Park. Check in was easy, plenty of towels. Full kitchen and comfy bed. We will be returners for sure!

The location was absolutely perfect. Our contact was very communicative. Sometimes I worry about the check in process especially late at night, but both check in and check out were great experiences. Our sink was clogged but someone fixed it in a timely manner. We will be back.

Great location, right on ocean avenue

Great location as it is right in the heart of South Beach. Our balcony overlooks ocean drive. The condo was suitable for my wife and I, but I am not sure how it would be for more than 2 people. Pretty small and no place to keep your clothes, other than your bags which we placed on the couches. Fairly clean unit. 4th floor. Easy checkin as we were delayed by 5 hours. Still able to check in easily. Fantastic location.

Great location!

Great location. Loved the views of the beach from the balcony. Beach access directly across the street. Apartment was clean. The only issues we had were that for our first full day Sunday (arrived very late Saturday due to flight cancelation) the refrigerator and elevator did not work but were both fixed the next day, which was a pleasant surprise considering it was Labor Day weekend. Other than that, it was a great stay! Would book again.. cancelled fht)

Great studio apartment

King size bed was great for my wife and me. My girls slept well on the pull out couch. Apartment was clean and well laid out. Apartment condition was good but not pristine. Fantastic location and we loved watching the fireworks from the balcony. As others have mentioned, this is party central so expect loud music into the night. But, the park, the beach, and fantastic restaurants are right next to you. I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

I enjoyed my stay. I took a solo trip to Miami. Great location of course, I was able to walk everywhere. Of course if you're not a fan of loud music or crowds, this is not the place for you. I did not mind the music because it doesn't sound up close, you hear it at a distance.There are also ear plus provided. Irina was a great host, very very responsive and quick! Plenty of room for me. Looks just like the pics, I didn't cook anything but that is an option. The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean drive so you have a great view of what's going on and the water. I recommend staying here, I will be back!

Anniversary Birthday trip

The location was everything really enjoyed our stay had no problems with checking in. We checked in pretty late. Could use some minor updates like the bathtub and the slow toilet but otherwise than that it was perfectly fine And if I ever return back to Miami wouldn’t mine coming back to stay.Was close to everything 1min away from the beach.party Central if you’re looking to have a good time and be comfortable and your own space alone with balcony the awesome view when the sun is rising.

Good deal

The property was great for what we needed. And the veiw was nice. We were able to have a partial veiw of the beach and also enjoyed people watching from our balcony. You are in walking distance of alot of attractions and amenities. As guest have said before, not great for kids but as two adults looking to celebrate a birthday, it was perfect for us. The only complaint was the elevator did not work for a day, but thankfully it was fixed by the time we checked out so we didn't have to carry the luggage down the stairs.

Great place to stay

My daughter (20) and I just came back from our stay and we throughly enjoyed it. Our room was exactly as described and clean. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony every morning. We choose to cook alot of our meals in to save money and it worked out well. We had just the utensils and pans needed to whip up some easy meals. You could hear the music from the restaurant 2 buildings down but the noise usually stopped by 12am. They did provide earplugs in the bedside nightstand which I thought was a nice touch however we didn't use them. The shower is a little tricky and you have to let it run for a few minutes to warm up. Our host, Irina checked in a few times to make sure our stay was going well which was so kind of her. We will definitely book this place again.

It was the perfect location if you want to stay right in the middle of Ocean Drive, walking distance from everything , beach across the street, clubs, food spots. There was only three things I didn't like. One the location is next to a place that has drag shows almost everyday of the week so the noise is so loud late at night, two the toilet pressure isn't powerful enough to flush so it will clog & lastly the small ants. Overall I would rate my stay a 8.5 !

Nice place!

This was an adorable condo with a beautiful ocean view. It was in the perfect area right on ocean drive with so many restaurants and bars right there, and had valet which was so convenient. Check in process was easy. The bed was comfortable. The host was in contact through text and email with anything we needed throughout our stay. The only downfall was this main reason we booked this condo was for the rooftop pool- and while it looked awesome and I can see how it would be a blast- it was closed for maintenance our whole stay which was a huge bummer for us so keep that in mind to maybe check if it’s that’s a deciding factor for you! We did find another one in walking distance but had to pay a fee as we were not staying there. The shower also isn’t ideal as it is just a bathtub with no shelves to hold products, but that was a very minor thing. Overall I would stay again!

Review of this property

The location is definitely the best part of this property. The cleanliness was not good at all, and they did not provide items to clean with like a broom & dustpan, window cleaner, bathroom cleaner and kitchen towels. The noise from 10pm-3am is very loud, and lots of police noise and sirens. The elevator was down for a day which thankfully did not impact us as we can do the stairs but was a bummer for a lot of guests. They were also painting the sidewalks which was interesting right during the busiest part of the day. The pictures are deceiving for sure.

South Beach Surprise

Beautiful location in central South Beach. Gorgeous patio with a beautiful view of the ocean and great people watching. The only issues I had with the property was there was a couch wrapped in plastic in our dining area the entire stay, and no couch for sitting. Apparently the incorrect couch was delivered so we had no couch to sit on, only the dining room chairs, and the bed. Communication with the host was OK. We were told the couch would be removed during the stay and a new one delivered, which did not happen. Although this was inconvenient, we did enjoy our stay as it was 3 minutes walk from the door to the beach, and so close to all the fun activities that South Beach has to offer. We were offered a 2 hour late check out option at no additional cost due to the inconvenience of the couch, which was appreciated. It is quite loud with the Palace right next door, but honestly was able to drone out the noise with the TV when we wanted to sleep. If you are looking for a great location, and don’t mind that it might not have all the amenities that are shown in the booking photos, then this is a great place.

Location Location Location

A couple quick thoughts on the property and our stay below. 1. There is a noise ordinance for the drag club nearby of 1100pm. This doesn't shut the noise off, but tones it down significantly. IMO the people complaining failed to research the location. If you want a quite stay, you need to be NORTH of 20th and Ocean Drive or stay a block East. 2. The condo is great but needs a couple tweaks. You shower in the bathtub. I would suggest to the owners to put a shelf in the tub for your razors and toiletries. This would greatly cut down on the amount of over spray on the floor. 3. There should be some plastic stemware in the condo. The balcony is all concrete. Would be nice to not worry about a glass breaking., 4. The toilet ran our entire stay. I looked in the tank and the handle arm was installed above the flapper chain. Simple fix and would greatly be appreciated. 5. If you are coming to South Beach to party and people watch this is the location for you.

The apartment was perfectly clean, and very well-equipped — full set of utensils (spoons, forks, knives), cookware, plates, cups, dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and a Keurig coffee machine. There was also a refrigerator, electric stove, and a beautiful balcony view. The host even provided small amounts of soap, shampoo, and body wash, which was a nice touch. The only downside: they are currently building a pavilion on the beach for an upcoming art exhibition in December, so it partially blocks the direct ocean view.

AWESOME TRIP

We had an absolute best time at our stay. Location was perfect, room was nice and clean (as we heard other rooms weren't so nice in the building). We were completely satisfied and will Definity stay in this room again if we come back to Miami!
