Michaelerkirche

The TV did not work, even after calling staff, and experts. The so-called third bed was not a bed, it was a very soft sofa which caused my daughter backache pain in the morning. There was no black tea or coffee or milk available in the room. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Can’t say enough good stuff about this hotel and staffs. The only few issues to watch out for: one of the elevators going up the the 5th and 6th floor is very slow; avoid using the Uber because their drivers will screw up your schedule by circling around then no show. The Uber app will then try to assign you another driver, who could be no show too. Using hotel arranged taxi, be aware the driver may gouge the price. So make sure you confirm with the front desk w/ the price (Euro 55 in our case), then pay w/ cash for they will charge you extra $5 to 7 for credit card transactions.
