Come unwind at the Market House, a vintage gem in the historic Uptown Arts District of Michigan City! With the local farmer's market as its back yard, this peaceful space is perfect to come home to after a day at the beach or exploring town. Located on the historic main street, it's only 1 mile to the beach and right around the corner from shopping and good eats! The area is a burgeoning semi-urban community with restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and breweries located within walking distance of the apartment. If you're looking for nature, look no further than the Indiana Dunes National Park, whose points of interest begin just a 5 minute drive down the road. You're also just a 15-minute drive from Harbor Country, Michigan, where you can find countless wineries and microbreweries.

FEATURES: Enjoy a FULLY stocked kitchen, smart TV with your favorite streaming apps, beach kit (towels, chairs, and sunscreen provided), books and games, and an uber comfy bed and brand new queen sleeper sofa. The Market House has everything you'd need to move right in.

Cute apartment with all the amenities nearby
We came to the Market House for our 7 year wedding anniversary. The space was perfect for the two of us. On Saturday we were heading to the Indiana Dunes State Park and walked out to a farmer's market in the parking lot behind the building. We're big hikers so we did the 3 dune challenge, but I saw there was an outlet mall nearby if shopping is more your speed. There's also a tram that runs through the area and into Chicago if you need a day trip to the big city. Easy in, easy out, dedicated parking. Great stay and would come again!

Quiet and fun
We had a great time. The property centrally is located in downtown Michigan City. Great restaurants in the same block and lots of interesting shops - clothing, antiques and more. The property is in a vintage building with a secret side entrance. We loved it!
