“Chambre propre mais sombre car rdv donnant sur une palissade. Pas très gaie”

“The cabins are perfect for a short stay.”

“Young children hogging the counter ringing the bell and blocking the counter. Very unprofessional.”

“nice”

“This is an old Best Western which is in decent shape. The reception area has a beautiful stairway. Bed was comfortable but pillows were awful. A/C worked well which is important in Texas. The vending machine on the 3rd floor had 2 items in it. Not choices. Items. The room was good sized but there was only 1 place to sit. It was the desk chair. Not a lot of choices in Hondo so we will most likely stay there again.”

“Bathroom door latch was not working otherwise staff were great and very helpful. The location is great but needs more lighting in the parking area. The roads leading to location was dark and turning into or exiting the hotel location from parking lot was little difficult especially with incoming vehicles.”

“Rooms kept tidy and clean. They also had breakfast and I woke up extra early so I was really glad it starts at 6-9am <3 room kept cool. staff were super nice and welcoming during my stay. Will be coming back for next visits in San Antonio!!”
