"We had a great time. However mobile check in didnt work for us the kisco didn't work so we still had to go to the front desk. The room was clean but even though we in the non smoking sections the smell of smoke can be overwhelming. I has called before and asked about a birthday sign and was told okay I'll add it to the notes there was no sign when I got there. I called Dougherty's Steakhouse before hand and asked for them to bring out a cake at the end of dinner was told okay and that didn't happen I had to ask in front of the birthday person but the food was good . The pool was clean and it wasn't crowded at all. I do love that we can walk right onto the Beach from the hotel . There is enough to do to keep u busy but the smoke smell is extremely overwhelming . I wouldn't stay if I brought my kids because the pool is only kid friendly until 2pm so this would be great for couples . The casino is big , clean and lots to play but smells overwhelming of smoke but it was fun. Room service is only from Friday and the weekend . So we couldn't get room service breakfast for the birthday because it was a Thursday . Would I stay again only with a deal."
