"The location of the hotel is ultimately the main highlight of why you should choose to stay here. Other than that, the hotel itself has room for a lot of improvement. Our experience was not the best but at least, the staff tried their best to accommodate us. When we arrived:
1. Our door was not locked
2. A picture frame was on the floor. Apparently the maintenance staff did not finishing hanging it.
3. Housekeeping did not put the shower curtains and there was an empty shower gel bottle.
4. TV was not working
We were quite disappointed but believe that this hotel has the ability to do better. I would still recommend staying here because of the location. However, don’t expect a luxurious experience. It is meant to leave your bags and sleep after spending the day outside New York City."
