"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, Rum house was fabulous, other restaurant options on premises really good too! Great location in walking proximity to many key attractions but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle if looking for some quiet downtime. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller than what we were use too but I feel like most of NY hotels are. "

"The hotel’s location is very good! There is a pharmacy near it and there are lots of good restaurants around. And it’s also very quiet in the area it’s just that there are only three elevators that serve the whole 44(?)-storey building so it’s quite slow at some time going up and down. Also the rooms don’t have much soundproofing but nevertheless, the stay was good and will still definitely choose to stay here again."

"The hotel was only one block from Madison Square Garden which was perfect for us. The staff was nice and professional. The room, albeit it small, was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. All in all, I would recommend."
