「The property was well suited to a family and had all the right amenities. It's located an easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately though, the property was provided to us in a highly unsatisfactory state, the lounge was filthy, all the window sills were dirty and didn't look like they had been cleaned for years, the mattress protectors were stained and disgusting. 「Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children.
