“The room and surrounding area were clean but there was an unpleasant odor in the room. We opened the window which took away the smell. The water pressure in the shower was good. No complementary soap or shampoo in restroom. The full sized fridge along with the cooktop were nice but adding a small coffeemaker would have been nice. What was supposed to be the bath towels were very small, more like a large hand towel. The toilet was very low. A small child would have no problem sitting on it and……

“This was the worst stay anywhere we could not use the waterpark area due to a party there was three parties that day the bars were horrible rooms nasty and staff didn’t cate”

“We reserved a king room, was given a queen. The room smelled of stale cigarettes permeated our clothes, and we had no lock on our door. Not a very pleasurable experience.”

“The hotel was what I would consider average. The room was clean but not overly large. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. They need a different type of fixture. Putting in my contacts was quite a challenge. Bedding was average. Bathroom amenities were good. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed by the health dept. ? There was a $250 deposit put on my credit card for incidentals & I was told at check out that it would come off in 5-7 days? I think that is too long! The price was good……

“Stayed there one night place is not clean. The breakfast was terrible sugar filled cereal and waffles I never even found the waffle batter. Had to use a kiosk to talk to someone. Overall, would never stay there again.”
